I would encourage you to write a review, either in iTunes or one of the many podcast review sites springing up on the net, such as New Podcast Reviews. The more the merrier as far as I'm concerned. I won't usually respond, especially if it's a rant.
The short way is to just click on the iTunes icon below and it will take you straight to a page where you are able to subscribe or write a review.
Alternatively:
1) Open iTunes, click on the Music Store link on the left and allow to load. Then do a search in the upper right search box for "The View From The Swamp".
2) Then on the screen that appears click on the words "The View from the Swamp" (underlined in the screenshot below) that appear next to the current VFTS logo (the logo might have changed from the revolutionary war flag in this screenshot).
3) Then click on the "Write a Review" text that appears on the next screen and follow the process through to submit your review.
